Yolanda Jones

Yolanda M. Jones, age 69 of Roswell, passed away Peacefully on Thursday, December 24, 2015 with her family by her side.

Yolanda was born on November 10, 1946 in Roswell to Elias and Erminia Espinosa.

She was preceded in death by her parents Elias and Erminia Espinosa and her husband John W. Jones. She is survived by her children Barbara Millard and Donnie Millard of Oquawka, IL, Timothy Millard of Galesburg, IL, Monica Jones and Michael Jones of Roswell, three brothers, Raymond and wife Margie Melendez, Elias Espinosa, Jr., Edward Espinosa, and one sister Connie and husband Gene Perez all of Roswell; Five Grandchildren, Christopher and wife Amanda Lucero, Thomas Lucero both of Roswell; Justin and Ryan Millard of Oquawka, IL and Chance Millard of Galesburg, IL; Four Great-grandchildren, Valerie and Nolen Lucero, Bryson and Hunter Millard. Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Yolanda loved being around family and friends and was loved by all she knew especially family. She will be greatly missed by all. She enjoyed going to the Joy Center participating in activities, and playing bingo. A "Special" thank you to Apex Care in Brownfield, TX and the staff members who loved and cared for her.

Yolanda will lie instate on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at LaGrone Funeral Chapel.

A Celebration of her life will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel. Pastor Sevino Sanchez of Church on the Move will officiate. Interment will follow at South Park Cemetery. A Reception will be held at 1101 Avenida del Sombre following services.

Pallbearers will be Raymond Melendez Elias Espinosa, Jr., Edward Espinosa, Michael Jones, Christopher Lucero, and Thomas Lucero.
