Shirley Pearce

PEARCE, SHIRLEY - Shirley Ann Pearce, age 70, of Roswell, NM was born July 28, 1948 to Jack Whitt and Evelyn Compton Whitt in Bakersfield, California.

Shirley enjoyed gatherings with family, going on drives and watching scary movies. She spent time crafting, listening to her Elvis albums and working on crossword puzzles.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Evelyn Whitt; Nadine Coldwell, Floyd Whitt, Lloyd Whitt and Edward Whitt.

Those left to cherish Shirley's memory are her husband, Louis Pearce; son, Guy Pearce (Sonya Pearce) of Roswell, NM; daughter, Sheryl Mahan (Heath Mahan) of Roswell, NM; sister, Mary Hadder of Roswell, NM; sister, Virginia Carter (Wayne Carter) of Clarksville, AR. Shirley was also blessed with 4 grandchildren, Gage Mahan, Ryan Mahan, Gennifur Pearce, Robert Pearce and numerous nephews and nieces.

Visitation for Shirley will be from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 25, 2019 at South Park Cemetery.
