Sean Murphy

Sean Michael Murphy went home to our Lord on June 30, 2017.

Sean was born on August 22, 1968 in New Bedford Massachusetts along with his twin Kathleen to Michael Francis Murphy and Yvonne Marie Lavigne. During his youth in Boston, he trained at Manny Burgos House of Champions for boxing and went on to win a bronze medal in the Junior Olympics Lightweight division. His family decided to come out west when he was 12 and finally settled in Tucson, AZ. Following in his father's footsteps, he became a master electrician and in 2006 opened his own electrical business, Absolute Electric in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was an avid New England Patriot fan always boasting that Tom Brady was the best QB in NFL history. A true Boston Southie direct and in your face, but underneath had the biggest heart of gold ever seen on earth. He will be greatly missed by his wife, family and friends.

Sean is preceded in death by his father Michael Francis Murphy.

He is survived by his loving wife Ayesha Lynn Murphy; his daughters Ashley Hubble and Brittany Johnson; his twin sister Kathleen Murphy and her son Ryan; his sister and brother-in-law Heather and Steve Mayworn; his nephews Cody and Colton Mayworn and Colton's son Noah; and his mother Yvonne Marie McKee.

A memorial service will be held on August 7, 2017 at 4:00 PM at the Mt. Bigelow camp site on Mt. Lemmon outside of Tucson, AZ.
