Roy Lee Hunter, III, age 69, of Roswell passed away Saturday September 24, 2016.
Roy Lee Hunter, III was born January 28, 1947 to Roy Lee and Zella Mae Weeden-Hunter, Jr. in Tucson, AZ. He is a veteran of the United States Navy, serving his country during the Vietnam War. Roy married the love of his life Nancy on July 24, 1971 in Roswell, NM.
He is preceded in death by both of is parents Roy Lee Hunter, Jr. and Zella Mae Weeden-Hunter.
He is survived by his wife Nancy Hunter of the home; daughter Sabrina Prairie and her husband Ken of Roswell, NM; brothers Kerry Hunter of Roswell, NM, Denny Hunter and his wife Joann of Denver, CO.; and one grandchild Caitlyn Prairie of Roswell, NM.
There will be no services held.
