Obituary lovingly written by family.

Yes--- it was a good life
And I'd like to think I lived it all
There were no stones left unturned on my path
No hearts untouched
There were moments I dug into it with all the gusto of a
Child opening presents at Christmas
And there were days I sat back and watched in awe
The beauty it brought into my life
I celebrated every sunrise and
Danced away the moon's glow
Every friend I made
Every smile I shared
Every flower I nurtured and tree I planted
Was but a part of my daily thanks to
My God for this precious gift of life

So please--- Do not remember me as I was
Flawed in that wonderfully human way of life

Instead--- When days go wrong and the comfort of
who I was is needed
Or when your world is rejoicing and you want to
share it with me

Then Remember where I am and Go there
It is where the trees now grow strong and I am
Part of their roots
It is where the Harvest moon once rose over the hills
So large it took my breath away and returned the awe
of childhood
It is where every living thing, creature and plant alike
Will be a living memorial to my life
It is where the world is free as I am now
That is where you will find me
