Norma is survived by a son Leonard Boggs of Roswell, NM brothers: Billy Joe Skinner, and Elmer Roy Skinner, Jr. both of Roswell and Raymond Lee Skinner of Las Cruces, New Mexico sisters: Lillie Berry and Merle Stewart both of Roswell and two grandchildren.
Norma was a homemaker. She was of the Pentecostal faith.
