Mia Rose McClain, age 16 months, passed away Saturday May 27, 2017. Visitation 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, June 1, 2017 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel. A funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M., Friday, June 2, 2017 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel. Interment at South Park Cemetery. Pastor Danny Sons of Midway Family Church will be officiating.

Our Precious little angel Mia Rose McClain was born January 23, 2016 to Socorro McDonald and Jay McClain in Roswell, NM. She received her wings and went to her heavenly home on May 27, 2017. Mia will be missed by all who knew her. Her time on this earth blessed everyone. Mia would light up the room with her big beautiful smile and dimples. She was always a happy outgoing little girl. She loved to play with her big sister and all of her cousins. Mia will always be remembered by her fashionable bows, colorful outfits, and her pacifier.

Mia is preceded in death by Grandpa Milton McDonald, Uncle Michael Hernandez, and her brother Daniel.

Mia is survived by her parents Socorro McDonald and Jay McClain, and her big sister Natalie; grandparents: Shirley McDonald, Angela and John Buckley, Raymundo Estrada, Jay and Cindy McClain; aunts and uncles: Mirna and her husband Luis, Mari and her husband Job, Raymundo and his wife Letisha, Marisol and her husband Robert, Lorena and her husband Cesar, Christine Clifford, David, John, Kristina Urquides, Breanna, Ryan, J.J. and Peyton; cousins: Erick, Alyssa, Julian, Priscila, Devante, Karmah, Raymundo III, Marlena, MaRiley, Savannah, Brandon, Mariah, Caiylee, Lucas, Alexander, and Brielle.

Mia attended daycare at Maddy Tays Preschool where she loved all of her teachers and the staff.

Pallbearers will be Raymundo McDonald, Luis Barraza, Cesar Bueno, and Robert Villareal.
