Mary Price

Mary Louise Price, age 70, of Roswell passed away Thursday May 5, 2016 at her home. The family will receive friends for viewing Monday, May 9, 2016, from 5-7 pm at LaGrone Funeral Chapel. Services will be held at LaGrone Funeral Chapel Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at 1:00pm. Pastor Sean Lee of Grace Community Church will be officiating. A reception will follow at The Elks Club for all friends and family.

Born April 26, 1946 in Roswell, she was the daughter to the late Eugene and Louise Hobson. Those left to treasure her memory are her sister, Barbara Evans and her husband John of Dallas TX; brother, John Hobson and his wife Susan of Moses Lake WA; son, Perry Price of Roswell; son Rod Price of Roswell; daughter, Amy Booker and her husband Jason of Midland, TX; her second and third daughters Deborah Hobbs and Colleen Price along with her grandchildren Tristan, Allison, Tal and Madison Price all of Roswell, NM.

Mary was a loving and supportive wife of 50 years to Gene Price who preceded her in death. She worked alongside him for many years at Price's Truck Stop and Restaurant. Her greatest joy was her family, and she will forever be remembered as being the best Mother and Grandma anyone could ask for. She was also like a second Mom to many of her kid's friends. She was a gardener, a great cook, an animal lover, and a kind hearted friend.

Mary greeted everyone with a smile and was loved and admired by many. She will be greatly missed.
