Marjelaine Schrimsher

SCHRIMSHER, MARJELAINE CLARKE- Marjelaine Clarke Schrimsher passed away peacefully at her home on December 4th 2018 in Roswell, New Mexico at the age of 78. She was born and lived most of her life in Roswell. She graduated from Roswell High School then attended TCU in Fort Worth,TX . After college she moved to New York City where she attended modeling school. She was runner up 2 years in a row for the Miss New Mexico pageant and spent many years after, helping young girls follow their dreams in the Roswell Maid of Cotton pageant.

Marjelaine is preceded in death by her parents Martin "Swayze" and Kathleen Clarke, Aunt Jane Clarke and her beloved husband Fred Schrimsher of 55 years of marriage. She is survived by her 2 sons Brad and Fredrick Schrimsher, daughter in-law Lee Ann and 2 granddaughters Emily and Lauren which she was so proud of. She cherished the time she spent with her husband Fred and friends dancing the night away and she also loved spending time with her family and cheering on her favorite football team the Dallas Cowboys. Marjelaine will be greatly missed and remembered for her sweet, fun, and caring personality who had a great love for her family, friends and the Lord.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, December 10th, 2018 at Christ Church, 2200 Sycamore Ave, Roswell, NM 88201
