Marilyn Nelson

NELSON, MARILYN M.Marilyn M. Nelson, age 72 of Roswell, passed away on December 19, 2014 at her home. A remembrance gathering will be held from 3:00pm to 4:30pm on Saturday, January 10, 2014 at Peppers Grill Bar.
Marilyn was born on November 4, 1942 to Francis R. Miller and Elda Rahn in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. She is preceded in death by her Father.
She is survived by her husband Donald of the home, son Eric Nelson and wife Amy , two grandchildren Henry Nelson and Violet Nelson of Rodchester, NH, her mother Elda Miller, and two sisters Janet Miller and Eileen Miller all of Manitowoc, WI.
Marilyn married Donald on June 8, 1963 in Manitowoc, WI. They were married for 51 years. She was a perfect military wife for 27 years, after her husband retired from the US Coast Guard they moved to Roswell in 1990. Marilyn was a hostess for 18 years at Peppers, she loved to socialize with the customers. Marilyn loved her family, especially the grandchildren Henry age 9 and Violet age 7, they were the light of her life. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
