Linda Brakeman

BRAKEMAN, LINDA CARTER - Linda Carter Brakeman, age 70, of Roswell, NM passed away Sunday, November 19, 2017.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday, November 24, 2017 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel. A funeral service at 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 25, 2017 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel, interment will take place at South Park Cemetery at 11:00 AM, Monday, November 27, 2017 with Pastor Robin Cox and Chaplin Tim Arlett of Kindred Hospice officiating.

Linda was born September 30, 1947 to Ike and Opal Carter in Roswell, NM. She was active in Home Health and enjoyed helping the elderly.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Ike and Opal Carter; her husband, Eugen Brakeman (Sept. 1991); brother, Earl Carter; sister, Shirley Carter and grandparents.

Those left to cherish Linda's memory are, her son, Michael (Heather) Brakeman of Roswell, NM; her brother, J.C. Carter of Carlsbad, NM; grandchildren, Judy Brakeman of Tucson, AZ and Garick Cockrum of Roswell, NM; numerous step-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are, Jay Carter, Joseph Pacheco, Brian Carter, Jason Gilbertson, David Allen and Junior Nevarez.

The family would like to give special thanks to Junior, Nichole and Kindred Hospice.
