Along with being a wife and homemaker, she also had worked in education, sales, and was a member of the Salvation Army Home League.
Joyce's memory will be kept alive by her devoted husband of 49 years, John Francis, Roswell; her loving children, daughter Angela Alfaro and son-in-law Steve, Las Cruces; son Farrel McKay and daughter-in-law Denise, Belen; son Perry McKay, Dumas, TX; and a stepdaughter Sharon White, and stepson-in-law Henry (Porkey), Elwood IN.
