Jesus Chavez-Nunez

Jesus "David" Chavez-Nunez, age 31, of Roswell passed away Saturday March 5, 2016. A funeral service will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday March 10, 2016 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at South Park Cemetery. Pastor Catarino Munoz will officiate.

He was born to David Chavez and Eva Nunez November 25, 1984 in Juarez, Mexico. He married the love of his life Lucia Chavez April 12, 2005. David was always happy with a great smile and laughter. He also loved cruising around with friends. His priorities were his kids and providing the best for them. He loved eating with his family and loved making new friends. The Oakland Raiders was his favorite team. He loved playing Xbox with his brother-in-law Martin Moran and loved beating him at it, Go Messi! We will forever love you David. We will miss you, but God has promised that when he comes again, we will see our loved ones once again.

David is survived by his wife Lucia Chavez of the home; daughters Natalia and Jocelyn Chavez; son Josue Chavez; his parents David Chavez and Eva Nunez; sisters Elizabeth and Diana Chavez all of Roswell. Brother Ruben Chavez of Avondale, Arizona.
