Gene Price

Gene Price passed away peacefully June 25, 2015 amongst family. He courageously fought his illness never losing his spirit or faith.
A celebration of life will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel in Roswell, NM. Mr. Harold Hobson will officiate.
Gene was born September 30, 1940 in Roswell, NM. He was the son of Tal "Bud" Price and Helen Virginia Cullender Price both deceased of Roswell, NM.
Gene was most proud of his grandchildren, all of whom live in Roswell. He loved spending time with Tristan, Tal, Allison and Madison tinkering on projects and picking them up from school.
Gene was a man who was strong willed and carried a lot of integrity living a life of such. Gene will always be remembered for his love of classic cars, hot rods, watching NASCAR on Sundays and repeatedly Western movies. He was also involved in many community organizations and events.
Those left to treasure his many memories are his beloved wife, Mary; sister, Jinger; sons, Perry Price of Roswell, NM; Rod Price and his wife Colleen of Roswell, NM; daughter, Amy Booker and her husband Jason of Midland, TX; along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
The world is a better place for having him here for 74 years. He will always be in our hearts and never to be forgotten.
