Ethel Crockett

December 6, 1935 — March 31, 2017

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at South Park Cemetery for Ethel Mae Crockett, age 81 of Roswell, who passed away Friday, March 31, 2017. Forest Metcalf of West Alameda Church of Christ will be officiating. A visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Monday, April 3, 2017 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel.

Ethel was born in Lovington, NM December 6, 1935 to Miles F. Fisher and Eunice I. Glascock. Ethel married James A. Crockett August 10, 1963 in Roswell, NM.
Ethel was a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who always put family first. She was a very dedicated and faithful Christian who helped others in need. Ethel was loved and cherished by her family. She will be greatly missed.

Ethel was also preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Dionna Furrh, and granddaughter Nichole Chere Main.

Ethel is survived by her daughter Debra Zielinski of the family home in Roswell, NM, brother Johnny and wife Jone Fisher of Lubbock, TX, sister Jane Kincaid of Farmington, NM, numerous nephews and nieces, grandchildren Jason and wife Laura Zielinski, Dr. Tiffany Culver, Matthew and wife Nichole Zielinski, great grandchildren Myles Culver and Mia Zielinski.

Family would like to thank all her friends and neighbors who provided her with love and care.
