Daniel Woods

Daniel Woods is now resting in the arms of his Heavenly Father. Daniel passed from this life to heaven Tuesday, December 14, 2021.
Daniel was born December 18, 1954, to Helen and Cavenaugh Woods in Tempe, Arizona. He graduated from Goddard High school and attended ENMU-R. Daniel married Sharron Butler on June 15,1973. They have one daughter Crystal Klopfer, who was the apple of his eye. Crystal blessed him with 2 wonderful grandsons, Ryan and Sean were his pride and joy.
Dan worked at Furr's for 20 years before following his dream of working in his own business. He and Sharron started Woods Sports in 1989. Those left to cherish him are his wife Sharron, daughter Crystal, son in law Gary, grandsons Ryan and Sean, brothers Claude Woods (Penny), David Woods (Linda), sisters Marcia Jessup (Terry), Sharon Blair (Bob), special brother-in-law James Butler, sister-in-law, Carol Nowak and numerous nieces and nephews who were very special to him.
