JENKINS, ELIZABETH M. – A funeral services is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel for Elizabeth M. Jenkins, age 89 who passed away on February 3, 2010. Elton Dilbeck will officiate with interment to follow at South Park Cemetery.

Elizabeth was born on July 31, 1920 to William and Elizabeth Gardner in Hong Kong, China, they both preceded her in death as well as a daughter Gladys Miriam Jenkins, and brothers W.A., Patrick and Archie Gardner.

Elizabeth and Marvin met in Brisbane, Australia, during World War II. They were married on January 31, 1944. He survives her at the family home.

Elizabeth was a housewife. She was a Roman Catholic of St. John’s Church in Hong Kong.

She is survived by a son: Kenneth C. Jenkins;
