I am thankful for the many Christmas eve dinners that my family got to share with Marianne. She was a delightful addition to the festivities who I will always fondly remember. Thank you Marianne for sharing your beautiful and informative book on carousels. It will always be prominently displayed in our house.

Norman, Dave and Patty: I am very sorry for the loss of your mother. She was a remarkable person. I helped her in the summer of 1970 or 1971 stripping paint off of some of the animals. I am glad I got to know her that summer. She was not only great at carousel restoration but she made some fine cookies too.

To the Stevens family,
Thank you for allowing me to be apart of Mariannes life! I feel so blessed to have known her and the time we sat and talked, laughed and even cried together. I loved her very much and will never forget the time I had with her! I know I will see her again!
God Bless,
Shelly

Dear Stevens family, I never met your Mom, but my Mom always told us about her and what a wonderful person she was. Mom loved to tell others about the beautiful restoration work she did with the carousels. What an inspiration she must have been. I know she will be greatly missed - and by the many animals that were blessed by her kindness. Please accept our sympathy for your loss - and Roswell's loss. Sincerely, Sue & Troy Teague (My mom was Monnie Norton)

Dave Stevens Family,
I'm sorry about Your Mom's passing. I never knew Her but I've seen the results of Her Hobby of restoration of wooden carousel horses at Peppermint Park and have read about Her hobby in the past.
Sincerely,
Clint Cooper, aka, Coop
